Welcome back to another installment of this Series all about Engagement Sessions! Last time we talked about The Why’s, today I would like to share a few thoughts on how to pic the right spot.
Why I Leave it Up to You ♥
There are three main goals for me, when I go and meet a couple for their Engagement Session.
- I want them to be able to relax in front of my camera and just have a great time with each other!
- I want to capture the spark in their eyes!
- I want them to have beautiful photographs that are special to them, because they are personal!
You can see, it is very important to me, that we don’t just go on a pretty field with pretty golden CA grass and take pretty pictures. No, I want you to take charge, I want you to be able to fulfill a dream to take photographs that literally speak more than a thousand words. It should be all about you and as long as I can’t read minds, that is only possible if you pick your dream location ♥

Tanya & Alex posed at the Gilroy Sports Complex. They walk their puppy Happy here and therefore this spot is personal to them. And yes, please DO bring your furry friend if you want to include it!

Go All Out! ♥
The beauty of you picking where we will take your images is in the way you can go all out! You know much better what you’ve always dreamed to do. Do you love to go to the circus? Let’s find a Carnival! Or maybe you like to just chill out at a beach – that’s possible as well. Maybe you’d love to go to a big city and take urban photographs… You see, the sky (and your wallet) is the limit here!
