Tomorrow

There has been a time, when I would feel down if there wasn’t something in the future that I could be excited about. I was not able to live in the moment. Not at all. I would be excited about a Birthday, Christmas or some Road Trip and once it was finally here I couldn’t even enjoy it the way I wanted to.

This is different now. Yes, I still am super excited about events in the future, especially Weddings and Christmases, but it’s different. I have somehow learned to live in the present time. To enjoy a simple moment of laughter with Adrian or a gentle cuddle with Jynxy or Dexter. I have learned to enjoy reading a good book or eat a yummy meal.

But today I am very excited about tomorrow. You know, we never got beautiful Wedding Images of the two of us. They all look oh so fake and I would never in a gazillion years hang any one of them on my walls – not even the wall behind the door in the bathroom. Tomorrow however this will finally change! I’m so excited to finally have photographs of Adrian and me, playing dress up with our 2 year old Wedding Attire! Tomorrow my friends, tomorrow!

Jihan Cerda, the Photographer I’m working with this Summer, has asked us to model for her at a Styled Wedding shoot! Tomorrow we will be driving to San Francisco, pick up delicious Wedding Bakery (I hope there will be some cupcakes ♥ ) and drive further up north to Petaluma. I’m so excited! I will get the chance to experience what it feels like to be unphotogenic   Oh well… But I’m most excited about printing some wall art and finally have a daily reminder of our love. That’s why it’s so important to spend on Wedding Photography, I’m a living example!
